Important:
| When entering text in any of the fields below, do NOT use these symbols: Single Quote ' or Double Quote " or else the code will not work.

Send Button Name:
| This is the name that appears on the button used to email the webpage. Use the suggested name: Send or use a different name. Note: the more text used, the larger the button will be.

Email Subject:
| This is the subject of the email message that gets sent. Use the suggested subject: Check out this web page I found... or enter your own subject.

Email Body:
| Enter a short description (12 words or less) of your page.
|
Link Window:
| Select one of these options: self: Sends the page that this code is on. top: Sends the page that is seen at the top of the browser window (title). parent: Sends the parent page of a frameset. Only choose this if your site is using frames.

Track Link: (optional)
| Use this feature if you want to be able to track how many times the webpage that is emailed gets viewed. When one of your viewers sends your webpage to a friend, the email will have a unique link in the body of the message. When the recipient clicks that link in the email, the server log at your Host will record that unique referring link. Note: to view log files your Host must support access to it's log files.

| Generate Code: | Press the Generate Code button to automatically create the E-Mail A Friend code to be used on your webpage.

| Select All: | Press the Select All button to highlight the generated code below. Copy this code (CTRL+C) and insert it onto your page using the HTML Object Tool. Paste the code (CTRL+V) into the HTML Object Properties window. Click the General Tab of the HTML Object Properties window and set the HTML Object dimensions: width = 260 and height = 40.

| Add a Text Box: | Put a Text Box next to, above or below the HTML Object on your page. Tell your viewers to: Email This Page to a Friend and Enter friend's email address.
