What Is My Purchases?

All purchases and upgrades of the Cool Page program are delivered via a separate company called DownloadFAST.com.

Upon purchasing, a customer account is created for you. Your
account can be accessed at the section of DownloadFAST.com called My Purchases.

Enter your My Purchases account log in info by selecting My Purchases from main menu of DownloadFAST.com in order to obtain purchased products, download again, upgrades, refunds, discounts, change your e-mail address, etc.

Customer info is never shared, never sold, and never sent unsolicitied e-mail or mail. You may select the option to receive news pertaining to the software products you purchased such as new releases, important new changes, etc. A checkbox entitiled "Email Updates" is found in the Account section after log in to My Purchases.

You may access your My Purchases Account at any time, 24/7, from anywhere in the world.

Maintain Your My Purchases Account

It is YOUR responsibility to maintain your My Purchases Account and keep it updated with current info. DownloadFAST.com personel and CoolPage.com personel do not have access to your account, and they will NOT modify or update your account for you. ONLY you can modify or change your account info.

Keeping your account updated with current info is necessary for you to be able to log in and access your account. ALWAYS update your account with a new e-mail address PRIOR to losing access to an existing e-mail service.

Example:

Let's say your My Purchases E-mail Address is an e-mail address provided by your ISP. Changing ISP's would result in the loss of that e-mail service and you would not be able to receive important e-mail messages from DownloadFAST.com such as Cool Page news or a new account password.

Remembering your old email address and Password is NOT sufficient to guarantee future access for various reasons, e.g. any one can reset the password on an account simply by entering an e-mail address and choosing the E-mail Password Recovery option.

Obviously the E-mail Password Recovery option is necessary for people who forget their password, yet it is impossible for that feature to know who is using the feature (there aren't cameras pointing at all 1 billion computers on internet), so as a security feature, the password is changed EVERY TIME the E-mail Password is used.

Recover Account Access

If for whatever reasons, you cannot log in to your My Purchases Account, you may recover access to your account as follows:

1. Go to the DownloadFAST.com web site.
2. Click on the My Purchases link.
3. At the log in page, click on the Recover link.
4. Read ALL of the instructions on the page.

E-Mail Password Recovery Option

This is used IF your My Purchases E-mail Address is still valid and you have forgotten or lost your My Purchases Password. The feature changes the password in the database and e-mails the NEW password to the EXISTING email address on the My Purchases Account.

Important: The password is changed each time this option is used. If you used this option more than once, be sure to use the password in the most current (by date and time) e-mail from DownloadFAST.com.
