Publishing Tips |
Publish To Sub-Folders You can easily publish pages to sub-folders at your website. For example, this is very useful for business websites, employees with thier own "website within a website". All you need to do is change the text in the Folder area of Cool Page 1-2-3 Publish using a forward slash and a name for the folder: |

Because a web server will automatically look for a page called index.html in any
folder, the first page in a sub-folder should be named "index". This will
give the shortest possible address for the page: http://www.company.com/JohnSmith. Note: If your Host requires that the Folder area should be blank then just type in the name for the sub-folder. |
Silmutaneous Uploads (Publish more than one page at a time) You can Publish more than one page at a time. Once Publish of one page has begun, open another page in Cool Page and start the Publish process. There is no limit to the amount of pages that can be uploaded silmultaneously. Note: The upload transfer rate will slow down in proportion to the number of pages being Published at the same time. This reduction in speed has nothing to do with Cool Page and is entirely dependant upon your internet connection speed regulated by your ISP and/or network settings. |
